• children are allowed (Bonus!) there's space for them to run around outside.
• kids are the best critics , my 4 yr old really enjoyed his meal and the entire experience.
We had a great experience at oneNINEone yesterday. A place I didn't know about but will definitely be frequenting after this experience. Lovely venue, great service, the staff was attentive (except towards the end of the evening when it felt like our waiter forgot us). Other than that, the food was excellent - tasty...

Other than that, the food was excellent - tasty vegetarian meals which can be hard to find. A place I will visit again and will be recommending to others in the future.
I had not eaten at this restaurant in a long time and the food was exceptional starter of grilled artichoke with goats cheese, vegetarian main course and coconut mango desert were all fantastic. There is a choice of inside or outside eating the ambiance is great. The bill arrived incorrect and we were over charged, ...

There is a choice of inside or outside eating the ambiance is great. The bill arrived incorrect and we were over charged, we needed to send it back for correction - and there was no apology for an extra R145 on the bill. The waiter then disappeared so it became rather long to pay until someone brought a credit card machine. The service can do with some improvement to match the food which was exceptional.
Sat down in a lovely setting after being greeted by very warm and efficient staff. The meal was fabulous and the service impeccable.

The staff have been really well trained, and it was great to see 2 managers observing the whole venue - service in the industry is often questionable so this was a pleasant surprise. The decor is beautiful, tasteful and elegant. I hope they get many bums on seats - they deserve to do well!
