We have always enjoyed the food at Jardine when it was still in Cape Town, don't make it to Jordan often enough and were yet again totally convinced by the quality of food served at the Stellenbosch restaurant. We had meat, fish, vegetarian and dessert, everything was delicious, my favourite plate "Golden Beets" .

Had lunch at Jardine today. Service was excellent, food was utterly sublime. The starters we chose were the lamb and the grilled mussels. Both were excellent. The mains we chose was pork with figs and flat iron steak with tongue and cauliflower. Sublime. Just truly sublime. The pork was so meltingly soft, the steak was delicious. Second time at Jardine for us and we will keep going back. We have had 8 different dishes there now and each one has been superb.

Restaurant Jardine was founded by George & Louise Jardine in 2016.

Since 2022 the Restaurant is co-owned and managed by Executive Chef Hilde-Lee Olivier who has worked at Jardine since 2018.

A focus on seasonal flavors showcases local, organic produce on a ever changing menu, which tempts with sublime combinations

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
