It was a fantastic experience. The service was friendly and efficient and each dish was out the top drawer, well presented and tasty. The choice of side with the main meal is amazing!! My only complaint is that they really need something for sound absorption. It was fully booked and we could barely hear each other across the 2 seater table. All in all a great evening.

Both our starters were delicious, served well presented and awesome ! For mains, we both had the fillet steak, which melted in your mouth. The sauce was great, as well the sides. Dessert was delicious, and rounded off a perfect meal. Our waiter, Alex, was attentive and professional. All round a awesome night ! And we will definitely be back !!
Lovely warm, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was good. We really enjoyed our evening here.
Our waitress was mislead us with the calamari starter, we were concerned about the chilli and she assured us that it was not strong. Our experience was very different and we did not finish the starter, it was tasty but the chilli overpowered the dish in our opinion.

My wife really enjoyed her fillet steak and my rump was also good but I seriously question that it was 300gram, it looked exactly the same size as my wife's fillet and I usually know when I reach the end of a steak because I can just manage the last few mouth fulls, this was not the case. I keep promising myself to take an electronic kitchen scale with me to actually weigh a steak, having been involved in catering for many years I can slice a whole rump or fillet and get the weights almost spot on at 200 or 300 gram. The dessert was good, my wife thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate fondant. Perhaps it is a while since I had a cream brulee but it was not creamy but rather a bit stodgy but enjoyable nonetheless.
Beautiful restaurant, with a really great ambience. The one small downside of the ambience though is that tables are a little cramped, so when it's full it's quite noisy and tightly packed.
The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our starter was not very hot though, which did spoil that dish a little bit. But there are no huge complaints, I would happily visit this restaurant again!

About Patina Steak & Fine Wine
Before you even take your first bite, there are clues galore that this is no average steakhouse: the superb wine-by-the-glass list (the “Fine Wine” in its name kind of gives that part away); the small but select starter menu (carpaccio with pickled shallots, mustard seeds, radish, smoked salt and olive oil); the slick interiors; and, of course, the perfectly prepared steaks – made with aged Chalmar beef.
