We arrived a bit early and the lady at the door greeted us and made us feel so expected and welcome. We were offered drinks (at our cost) and a little later asked for our choices. Everything was delicious. We went the fish root as I know Pigalle as a Fish Restaurant and we certainly were not disappointed. Katherine our waitron was pleasant, helpful and extremely competent. Will visit again.

The only issue I has was the really bland Kingklip dish. It needed so much salt and pepper to taste like anything but the sides were great. My husband really enjoyed his sirloin main.
The atmosphere is quite romantic and cosy.
I had a good overall experience
My Pigalle experience was quite lovely. Our waiter Goodman was exceptionally attentive and was an excellent server.
The food was delicious and prepared just the way it should be!
Exceptional service for our Restaurant week lunch. The portion sizes were big and such great value for money. The only thing I would say is the teriyaki fish and the chick pea/corn, the flavours didn't really fit together but the fish was beautifully cooked.
Service was great - our waitor, Eric, was lovely!
Food was absolutely delicious! However, the decision to pair a teriyaki Kingklip with fresh chickpeas, corn, avocado and red onion was quite strange. I decided to only eat the fish without the sides. No complaints across the table otherwise.

Dessert was by far my favourtie part of the meal - chocolate fondants and creme brulee cooked to perfection across the table!
Overall a great restaurant and a great night out!
