With regards to the food, there were some lovely bright and high notes with the pork-belly salad - a lovely tangy combination of tastes. The soup and the mains seemed a bit flat-footed and mediocre however. Perhaps too much on the plate? Each course also took a long time to arrive and it was a relief that there were only two orders for the kitchen to cook. Nevertheless, the desserts were a a delightful dance of many different flavours that combined to make a wonderful ending to an otherwise uninspiring setting and meal. The sous-chef (?) was very eager to share the details of his dessert creations with us. Generally, the service was good and staff were charming and helpful.
A nice dining room with high ceiling and a 'pond' with fat koi fish. Friendly and attentive service (although a little slow). The appetizer and dessert were well presented. The main dish was a little bland. Overall, a nice experience, but not so memorable.
Atrium restaurant is beautifully located. The lighting and charm of the venue is appealing.

However, none of the Champagnes, sparkling wines or wines on the menu were available. We eventually settled for the 6th choice due to availability.

The starters were deliciously and an interesting blend of flavours.
The mains were uninteresting. Large meals, nothing extra special. It was ordinary.
Fortunately the chocolate desserts were divine. Delicious and most satisfying, that I was grateful I did not finish my mains and rather whole hearted devoured a tantalizing dessert.
A fun experience. Atrium did not prove to be 5 star, however a lovely night was still had :)
Great service from the moment we walked in. The starters were absolutely delicious. A few problems with the mains - the sole wasn't fully cooked in certain parts, but still tasty. The desserts were an absolute win. Overall, big portions of great food, so I would say it was good value.

We finally did make it to restaurant was treated by a warm friendly smile and shown to a table that overlooked the koi pond and the city. It would have been lovely except for the salad station that was no more than 1m away from us- which felt less private. We requested a table move and was pleasantly accommodated. Upon ordering our meals, our vegetarian in the group did not have a starter as part of the set menu options. The restaurant accommodated by offering him a starter from the al a carte menu. The starters, salmon terrine, harrissa calamari and the atrium salad were all lovely. When we ordered our drinks, they were out of stock on 3 of our choices. From the mains options, only the people that ordered the Sole truly enjoyed it. The chicken was too big on the plate - I didn't like the look and the gnocchi with extras was not quite to my taste. The veg pasta was not special and similar to Tashas type pasta, which while good, is not what you would expect from fine dining.
Desserts were the best part of the meal. Choc cake and mousse was divine and the daquoise was good.
All in all, apart from the initial upsets, we left happy.
