Really really fantastic not many words can describe this foodie experience. Food, service and atmosphere was out of this world.

Read full reviewMy experience at the Atrium started off on a good note - a friendly host met us at the entrance and showed us to our table. Then the waiter arrived to take our drink orders but had not provided any wine list, this had to be requested. Once our drink orders were taken we waited a bit before our menu selection was ordered, as it was tough to get the attention of a waiter. Eventually, a different waitress attended to us but could not explain anything on the main and had to check with the kitchen. That was fine and understandable. For starters I ordered the Thai pork belly but 10 minutes later a kitchen staff member arrived to say that the pork was still being prepared and would not be available. This was disappointing as it was on the menu. So instead I had the mussells for starters, which was alright. There was nothing exceptional about the food. The same for the mains. I had the baramundi, which was tender, and my boyfriend the chicken, which was cooked well.
However, after clearing my boyfriend's main course plate, the waiters disappeared. No one attended to us until I went to the hotel's front desk (20 minutes later) to find a waiter. Once we had service again, we received dessert. The dessert was tasty (the apple malva and the milk tart panna cotta). Unfortunately, do to the lack of service I did not enjoy my experience at the Atrium. Aside from the poor service, the lack of the waiters knowledge of the menu and the wine list was frustrating. I don't think I would return to the Atrium.

•Although lacking in the number of diners, probably due to how it's so hidden and minimal signage, an overall 5 star experience
