We had a wonderful dinner at The Bull Run. The service was quick and the staff friendly. Our food was delicious and the portions very big, so much so that we had to take 'doggy bags' (and who doesn't like having great food for their lunch box the next day). We would gladly recommend this establishment to our friends and family.
Service is good. Meat was not significant but good. Kinglips was good.

I loved it - great experience
Goats cheese starter, crab cakes, fillet and gnocchi was all delicious. Service was very good. Nothing spectacular but a solid home run.

The Bull Run opened its doors on 28 October 2000 to a welcoming crowd of South Africans and visitors from around the world. In July 2018 The Bull Run reopened its doors after an extensive refurbishment. Award-winning interior designer Tristan Du Plessis of Studio A masterfully designed an experience that is both warm and welcoming, with a clever nod to the New York Stock Exchange and the classic NY grill house. Custom light fttings, plush furniture and handmade wall tiles contribute to the comfortable and evocative space.
The Bull Run takes its name from the financial term, referring to a period when prices rise on the financial market and any investment is a winning one.
