Really enjoyed the intimate setting and food was delicious and served on time . Staff were really friendly and had organized my anniversary plating and order details ahead of time so that I could relax and enjoy my time :)! So accommodating and reassuring that everything is in order and I shouldn’t stress.
The last time I visited a restaurant that served me food that lets you experience the passion the chef cooks with, was at a place with 2 Michelin stars in Italy. Chef Neo is an absolute legend and dishes are so well thought out and balanced. The depth of flavours are all exceptional. My favourite restaurant in SA by far!
We were made to feel very welcome with a specially reserved parking spot. All the staff from doormen to waiters were all professional, helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed all meals which were well presented with stunning detail, including the bread served before our meals. We will definitely be back soon
The food was very good, however I was slightly disappointed with my main meal. I ordered a main meal of Lamb and my two pieces of Lamb were extremely fatty. Every other dish (including my girlfriends main meal of Line Fish) was excellent!
The food was good and well prepared, but it is a pity that there's no choice in the menu (a least 2 on each course), and that we are not informed of the menu at the booking time.
As I don't like pepper, the chef offered me to change the original soup on the menu by a creamy butternut soup (which was excellent).

The trout was the best of all, with many different flavor combinations.
Unfortunately, lamb for the main and banana for the desert are not my favourites, so I was not blown away.
I was not felling comfortable to ask to change the option again.
Having saying that, I find that it is a bit expensive for dishes you do not choose.
The service was good and attentive, but sometime too present, maybe because I was on my own and the only customer ?
The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, maybe too quiet (I was the only customer that day).
It can be a very nice experience if you order from the a la carte menu.
