Having been to another restaurant in restaurant week. I was so excited to go to onenineone. I was so sorely disappointed. Food looked lovely plated but in terms of taste a disappointment, esp for 5 star establishment. My starter came and was filled with tiny bones...highlighted to my waiter and 10 minutes later when trying to signal him again I was told that that's how the meal comes..with bones and perhaps they will consider using another fish going forward. At the end when the bill came i was charged for a 2 course instead of a 3 course but I actually came out for an experience which I did not recieve.
My main was cold. Rib eye was blue which resulted in an unappealing piece of cold fat. I ate as much as in could of the steak and left a portion as it still remained blue. I don't want for it to come back a third time.
I found the experience to be very frustrating and waiter to be very delayed. At some point I felt I was tired of complaining and just want the evening to be over.
I think restaurants should not just participate in this event for the sake of it but really showcase their talent to market themselves...even if they are a 5 star establishment. It is safe to say I will not go back to them.

I would just like to say thank you very much for the wonderful evening I had with my family on Friday night. I felt like a princess. I was treated like royalty. You made my birthday super special.
And the food, it was to die for.... We will most definitely be back again.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
