The quality of the food is excellent. The service super friendly and attend. Wine prices a little bit to high. All in all every time again.

"Great service, great food, great vibe"

First I have to say thank you to your staff for finding my husband's cell phone. We had dinner on the 31st and just arrived home when we realised he'd left his cell phone at the restaurant. Willie waited for him to drive through from Somerset West.

Second, wow. The 5 courses flowed, there was not an ingredient that did not hit the right notes. The best dishes of the evening were the fish and the risotto as well as the dessert. One diner had gluten free and vegetarian dishes and thoroughly enjoyed her meal.

Cannot wait for the next round of Restaurant Week to see what's on offer.

The combination of textures, tastes and flavors was amazing. Each dish had it’s own delightful experience. The choices of wine was excellent. Service was five star. Well worth the visit if you want fine cuisine

Restaurant Jardine was founded by George & Louise Jardine in 2016.

Since 2022 the Restaurant is co-owned and managed by Executive Chef Hilde-Lee Olivier who has worked at Jardine since 2018.

A focus on seasonal flavors showcases local, organic produce on a ever changing menu, which tempts with sublime combinations

for lunch or dinner in a relaxed setting in the heart of Stellenbosch.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

7. Is cancellation free?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
